The roller blinds play an important role in enhancing the look of your house. They can be used as a decorative piece for a simple house too. You can use a vacuum cleaner at low speed as well for dusting. If your blinds can be removed, then remove them once in a while and wash them in a bathtub. This will thoroughly clean everything.

The wooden blinds tend to give a sophisticated and enhanced look to your house. They look more stylish than any other fabric blinds. But at the same time, utmost care has to be taken in maintaining them. If it is the rainy season, make sure that there is no water spilled on the wooden surface. This will damage the wood. The water stains may leave a mark on the wood. Use a mixture of lukewarm water and soap and wipe the stains as soon as you spot one. But make sure you dry it immediately.

There are many people who don't know how to operate the roller blinds in a correct manner. At times they apply too much force which leads in breaking the blinds. It is always advisable that you learn it from the person who installs the blinds. They are aware of the opposite method.  Proper care enhances the lifespan of the blinds. Always remember to use both the hands while handling the chain. If you use more power, you might end up breaking them. So always be gentle.

# 4. Clean the fabric:

There are chances that you might stain the fabric of the roller blinds at times. If they are in the children’s room it is obvious that you will find stains on them. If you have a dark colored fabric the stains might not be prominent but are always better to get rid of any stains. You can use bleach that is gentle on colors so that the color doesn't fade away. Also, it won't damage the fabric. Use a sponge or a toothbrush and wipe away any stains. You can also use the stain remover that is available in the market for this purpose.
